  The New Truck

  We simply had to upgrade the truck, we loved Fifi but she was done in (I know the feeling!). Mimi is bigger and better and come with and awning and lot less leaks......well, hopefully! We're going to miss Fifi but we have so much more space and can have helpers who are over 5ft tall now!!

  After an extensive career within restaurants and retail it was an aptly timed redundancy from Jamie’s Italian that led to this venture. Now many years on and many grey hairs later I still love what I am doing. Having begun in Supermarkets, with a short detour into organic food, I began with Carluccio’s where I was Retail Operations Manager overseeing all the delis and the annual Mushroom markets. 9 years later Jamie’s Italian approached me to implement a retail offer into their restaurants……..Well we know what happened next, and so Pulled begins!

  The brains

  Then there is the long suffering Girlfriend, Lyndsey. Although only part time due to one of those pesky job things, she is an enthusiastic if sometimes exhausted participant in all Pulled’s trials and tribulations. Once again a strong hospitality pedigree including branded restaurant groups and even the Royal Albert Hall where she ran a restaurant and assisted with some exceptional events including the Brits!

  Fifi

  The beauty - Pulled's Pulling Machine

  Sadly Fifi has now gone to the scrap heap in the sky - much loved and very very missed!! ....... The 4th member of the team is Fifi, our glorious Ollerton replica van. Thanks to the most amazing mechanics we have ever met she is now back to her former glory (probably even better!). She is showing herself at events all across the country, pulling in the punters and turning heads!
